Split bearing housing
The upper cover and base can be separated, mainly bear radial load, suitable for spherical roller bearings and self-aligning ball bearings with cylindrical holes and tapered holes, cylindrical roller bearings and split bearings, etc. Due to its split form, the equipment is easy to install and maintain. This kind of bearing seat can adapt to large-sized shafts and bear higher loads.
Integral bearing seat
It is widely used and has the characteristics of high rigidity and large load-bearing capacity. It is generally combined with an outer spherical bearing to form a bearing seat unit. According to the structural form, there are vertical seats, square seats, diamond seats, boss circular seats and other forms, which can meet a variety of use needs. Depending on the application, the bearing seat material can be made of gray iron, ductile iron, stainless steel, plastic and other materials.
