Metric and Inch Needle Roller Bearing Cage Assemblies

Needle roller bearings are roller bearings with cylindrical roller, relative to its diameter, the roller is thin and long. This type of roller is called a needle roller.Although has a small cross-section, bearing still has high load capacity, needle bearing with fine and long roller (roller diameter D 5 mm or less, acuity 2.5 L/D, L) for the roller length, so the radial structure is compact, its diameter and load capacity at the same time, with other types of bearing outside diameter to a minimum, especially suitable for the limited size of the radial installation supporting structure.

Combination Ball/Needle-Roller Bearings

A built-in thrust ball bearing reduces wear from adjacent shaft components, while the needle rollers support high radial loads. Install anywhere you would use separate bearings for radial and thrust loads.

Mounted Roller Bearings with Two-Bolt Flange

These roller bearings handle extremely high speeds for their small size. Use with hardened and ground shafts.

Self-aligning bearings compensate for shaft misalignment.

Mounted Roller Bearings

Roller bearings have a thinner profile and larger contact area than ball bearings, making them stronger and more space-efficient than ball bearings.

Use needle-roller bearings with hardened and ground shafts.

Bearings with aluminum housing are more corrosion resistant than bearings with a cast iron housing.

Self-aligning bearings compensate for shaft misalignment.
