FREKOTE 770-NC is a one-part solvent-based system. The solvent carrier allows for easy application by wiping or spraying, and evaporates during the drying process to leave a thin release film on the mold surface.
The release film is based on epoxy polymer chemistry that cures through moisture reaction. Once cured, the film bonds to the mold surface and provides a low-surface-energy layer that prevents resin adhesion during the molding process.
