· Pumps & Compressors
Water pumps, hydraulic pumps, air compressors, screw refrigeration compressors and vacuum pump rotating shafts.
· Power Transmission Equipment
High-speed electric motors, generators, gearboxes, reducers and transmission assemblies.
· Automotive Industry
Automotive transmissions, drive shafts, wheel hubs, steering systems and new energy vehicle drivetrain components.
· Industrial Automation & Robotics
Robotic articulated joints, automated rotary platforms and precision motion equipment.
· Renewable Energy
Wind turbine auxiliary shafts, small hydroelectric generator rotating systems.
· General Machinery & Other Fields
Centrifuges, textile machinery, printing machinery, construction machinery and aerospace auxiliary power units.
Q1: What loads can single row angular contact ball bearings bear?
A: They withstand combined radial load and one-way axial load. To bear bidirectional axial force, two or more bearings need to be installed in paired arrangement (DB/DF/DT).
Q2: Can angular contact ball bearings work at high speed?
A: Yes. Optimized internal structure enables high-speed operation. Open type bearings generally achieve higher limiting speed than sealed 2RS versions.
Q3: What do suffix AC / C / B mean?
A: They represent different contact angles.
C: 15° contact angle; AC: 25° contact angle; B: 40° contact angle.
Larger contact angle delivers stronger axial load capacity, slightly reduces maximum speed.
Q4: What’s the difference between brass cage and nylon (PA66) cage?
A: Brass cage (M) adapts to high temperature, high speed and harsh working conditions.
Nylon PA66 cage features low noise, good shock absorption, fit for normal temperature general machinery.
Q5: Are sealed angular contact bearings reusable after disassembly?
A: Not recommended. Sealed models are pre-filled with grease. Disassembly will damage the sealing structure and lead to grease leakage, affecting service life.
